Terms and Conditions of Use — Chatbot DeAI (Sen)

This Agreement sets forth the terms of use for the Chatbot DeAI (Sen) service provided by DeAI Joint Stock Company.

I. Purpose and content — Terms of use

Purpose and scope of the Service

Chatbot DeAI (Sen) is a space where members update knowledge, conduct research, learn, share, review, and exchange information on professional fields, medicine, economics, finance, and related activities within an academic, research-oriented community that shares information at a high level of professionalism.

Terms of use

To access and use DeAI’s social services, Members must agree to and comply with the provisions set out in this Agreement and the provisions integrated by DeAI’s branches, as applicable.

When accessing and using Chatbot DeAI (Sen) by any means (computer, telephone, TV, Internet-connected device) or when using Chatbot DeAI (Sen) applications, Members must also comply with these Rules.

To meet Members’ needs, Chatbot DeAI (Sen) is continuously improved and developed; therefore, the provisions in the Agreement for providing and using the Chatbot DeAI (Sen) service may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice to Members. DeAI will clearly announce such changes and supplements on the Website, mobile application, and related information pages.

II. Account registration and use of the service

Members are responsible for conduct associated with their registered account and use of DeAI. Internet users under 18 years of age are not permitted to be Members of DeAI. We do not require a date of birth for registration; however, if we discover that a Member under 16 is using DeAI, we may permanently lock that account without prior notice.

After logging in, Members may change their display name. Member names must follow applicable naming rules and must not violate the prohibitions in this Agreement.

Members must register and log in to use the service and share information on DeAI. Each Member may register only one account on the Chatbot system.

The DeAI website and mobile application may display links or icons to other websites; such websites are not under DeAI’s control or ownership.

Accessing other websites may involve risk. Members assume full responsibility for risks arising from use of such linked sites. DeAI is not responsible for the content of any website or destination outside DeAI’s system and website.

III. Prohibited content and conduct on the Chatbot

When using DeAI system services, Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in certain conduct, including but not limited to the following:

Exploiting benefits, exchanges, and use of information on Chatbot DeAI (Sen) for purposes such as:

Opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; harming national security, order, or social safety; undermining or obstructing national unity; propagating war, aggression, or terrorism; inciting hatred or conflict among ethnicities, races, or religions;

Propagating or inciting violence, obscenity, crime, social evils, superstition, or undermining good national traditions.

Discussing or posting content about religion, politics, racial discrimination, or gender discrimination.

Using the DeAI system to disclose state secrets, military secrets, security, economic, diplomatic, or other secrets prescribed by law, in any form on the DeAI website or mobile application.

Propagating, advertising, or trading prohibited goods or services; or distributing prohibited press, literary, artistic, or publishing works on DeAI.

Harassing, insulting, attacking, disturbing, or engaging in other harmful conduct when communicating with other users.

Members may use their own images. When using another person’s image, Members must obtain that person’s consent. Using another person’s image to insult honor, dignity, or reputation is strictly prohibited.

Exploiting DeAI to collect Member information or publish information or materials about other Members’ private lives.

Do not choose Member names (nicknames, usernames) that:

Imitate celebrities, individuals, criminal or terrorist organizations, or accounts intended to defame or contravene good morals and customs.

Resemble administrators or moderators.

Deliberately duplicate another Member’s name in any manner.

Follow patterns such as abc1, abc2, abc3.

Include invisible or undisplayable characters.

Post distorted, defamatory, mocking, or reputation-harming information about organizations or individuals (including ridicule, disparagement, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, racial discrimination, etc.).

Advertising any product in any form is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to sending or transmitting any advertising messages, invitations, letters, or investment solicitations on DeAI.

Exploiting Chatbot DeAI (Sen) to organize betting, gambling, or cash-related arrangements. Sharing accounts for fshare, megashare, tenlua, iTunes, Mediafire.

Obstructing, disrupting, or unlawfully damaging servers; obstructing access to information or lawful use of services on Chatbot DeAI (Sen).

Unauthorized use of passwords, cryptographic keys, private information, personal data, or Internet resources of organizations or individuals.

Directly or indirectly using any device, software, website, web-based service, or other means to remove, alter, bypass, break, interfere with, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on Content (such as logos), or any systems, devices, protections, or geographic access restrictions.

Directly or indirectly using any device, software, website, web-based service, or other means to copy, download, capture, reproduce, store, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, display, sell, transmit, or retransmit Content.

Creating, copying, distributing, or advertising any part of any Content without DeAI’s consent. Members may not build a business model using Content, whether for profit or not. Content on DeAI includes but is not limited to text, graphics, images, layouts, interfaces, icons, audio, and video. Creating derivative works or materials based on any Content—including films, similar videos, wallpapers, desktop themes, cards, and merchandise—is also prohibited.

Impersonating organizations or individuals and spreading false information on Chatbot DeAI (Sen) that infringes lawful rights and interests.

Creating unauthorized links to lawful domains of organizations or individuals. Creating, installing, or distributing malware and viruses; unlawfully intruding into or controlling information systems; creating attack tools on the Internet.

Do not use any program, tool, or other means to interfere with the DeAI system.

Do not participate in any unlawful login attempts, attempt unlawful access, or cause damage to DeAI servers.

IV. User violation rules and enforcement

Rules applicable to Members:

Depending on the severity of the violation, Members who breach the Chatbot Agreement may be subject to corresponding sanctions.

If a violation is not expressly described in this Agreement, DeAI may, at its sole discretion and depending on severity, determine reasonable sanctions.

Accounts may be locked temporarily or permanently.

Sanction types:

Case 01: Suspend posting and send a warning/reminder email.

Case 02: Suspend posting and send a warning email; lock the account for 7 days.

Sanction 03: Send a suspension warning email and lock the account for 30 days or permanently.

Sanction types:

Under Sanction 03, a 30-day lock or permanent lock may apply, including but not limited to the following conduct:

Exploiting Chatbot DeAI (Sen) to oppose the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to usernames matching national heroes, leaders, or leaders of the state; using images, videos, statements, chats, etc. discussing political issues or disclosing state secrets of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Obscene information/images/videos: posting obscene images/audio/video, sex chat, live sex chat information, or distributing obscene content.

Betting/gambling information: using Chatbot DeAI (Sen) to post content, images, audio, or video to organize betting or gambling or cash-related arrangements.

Spreading false information: using text, images, audio, or video containing false information (impersonating officials or organizations/individuals; fraud; extortion of others’ property).

Damaging the DeAI system: using the product to intrude into servers to damage the product or obstruct access; using technical tools to inflate activity scores/items or cause lag/spam chat.

Using the community to organize offline meetings to commit unlawful acts.

Mass advertising/spam.

The violator has been warned twice but continues to violate.

Under Sanction 02, a 7-day account lock may apply, including but not limited to the following conduct:

Communication conduct: mildly obscene chat, spam chat, inciting other Members to other Chatbot DeAI (Sen) channels to cause disruption, or propagating violating information.

Privacy invasion: using another person’s personal images; disclosing personal documents and information such as identity, address, or phone number without approval; harassing calls or inciting others to harass.

Attacking others: using images, information, audio, or video to insult; spreading distorted, defamatory, mocking, or reputation-harming information about organizations or individuals.

Copyright infringement: stealing channel content, copying, or quoting without permission to use another party’s copyright.

The violator has been reminded and warned once but continues to violate.

Under Sanction 01, warnings may apply, including but not limited to the following conduct:

Attacking, distorting, or insulting another Member’s dignity.

Drawing the Member community into wrongful viewpoints or conduct violating moral culture.

Posting sensitive, provocative, or vulgar videos/images.

V. Content provided and information exchange

DeAI Members may contact us to provide content appropriate to DeAI’s fields of activity without violating law or DeAI rules.

Content posted in a section must match DeAI’s topic.

Rules for posting content on the Chatbot include but are not limited to the following:

Before writing, please check the mobile application to see whether the topic has already been covered.

Titles and articles must be accurate and coherent.

Do not post the same content in multiple places.

For sections with templates, Members must submit posts according to the prescribed template.

Replies must stay on topic, be constructive, and be clearly written.

To thank a poster, use the “Like” button.

DeAI does not endorse any content posted by any Member. DeAI does not permit copyright or intellectual property infringement on the service, and DeAI may remove published content if notified of IP infringement without prior notice.

DeAI’s website and mobile application allow Members to upload videos, information, images, or other content, except prohibited content under this Agreement and applicable laws.

Members exercise rights to chat, share experience, exchange online, vote, etc., under DeAI rules. Members agree not to post copyrighted content, trade secrets, or other third-party intellectual property on DeAI unless the Member is the lawful owner or has the owner’s consent.

Members may face civil liability, administrative penalties, or criminal liability for copyright or related-rights infringement.

Members allow DeAI to freely operate, use, distribute, display, edit, and translate any ideas, concepts, methods, proposals, suggestions, comments, or other Member materials provided, exchanged, or shared through free use of DeAI’s website and mobile application.

Members waive any rights and claims to bonuses, fees, royalties, or other payments related to operating, using, distributing, presenting, or modifying any or all information or images provided, shared, or exchanged by Members.

Members may reuse posted information, including editing, compiling, distributing, or displaying posted content for personal or non-commercial purposes.

In permitted areas for images and articles, Members may share permitted information and images in Chatbot DeAI (Sen) default formats. Members agree to ensure lawful use of digital content published on the Internet.

In all cases, DeAI may process posted information consistent with customs, morals, and national security requirements, and may allow or disallow Member posts, information, or images on the system website and DeAI mobile application.

Members understand and agree that when using this Chatbot’s website and mobile application, they may encounter information and images from many sources. DeAI is not responsible for accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights in information posted by other Members. Members may see inaccurate or offensive information/comments; in such cases, Members may contact DeAI for necessary protective measures.

DeAI cares about the safety, privacy, and interests of all Members using its products, especially children. If a Member is a parent or lawful guardian of another Member, that Member is responsible for determining which DeAI products and content are appropriate for their children. Likewise, if a Member is a child, they should ask a parent or lawful guardian whether products or content are appropriate.

When accessing other products, applications, or websites linked to this Chatbot, Members must understand and comply with the rules of those products. Some products may not be owned by DeAI; Members assume risks arising from use.

To improve customer satisfaction, DeAI continuously innovates; this Chatbot product may be developed on telecom devices or other technologies, and personal information may be displayed including, without limitation, the location where the Member uses the service or product.

This Chatbot has many features and integrations (games, applications, website links). Members should carefully read instructions and product use rules.

VI. Members’ rights and obligations

Use DeAI services under the service agreement between DeAI and the Member.

Confidentiality and personal information are protected under this Agreement and applicable laws on personal data protection.

Comply with rules on management, provision, and use of the Chatbot service.

Be responsible for stored, provided, and uploaded information content on DeAI.

Members must safeguard account credentials. If credentials are disclosed in any way, Members bear resulting risks. DeAI will rely on account information on file to determine account ownership in disputes and is not liable for resulting losses.

Members agree to promptly notify DeAI of any unauthorized use of their account or password or any breach of security, and to log out after each session.

Members may face administrative penalties or criminal liability for copyright or related-rights infringement when using this product.

Members must strictly comply with prohibited conduct, information exchange, and information provision rules in these Regulations. If you violate one or more rules, depending on severity, DeAI may permanently lock your account and may refer the matter to competent authorities for prosecution where necessary.

Exercise other rights and obligations as required by law.

VII. DeAI’s rights and responsibilities

Provide the Chatbot service except where prohibited by law;

Publish the DeAI service provision and use agreement;

Take measures to protect Members’ personal data and privacy; inform Members of rights, responsibilities, and risks when storing, exchanging, and sharing information online;

Chatbot DeAI (Sen) must respect Members’ choice when allowing personal data to be provided to other organizations, businesses, or individuals;

Cooperate with competent state authorities to remove or block information that violates the law.

May disclose Members’ personal or private information related to terrorism, crime, or unlawful activity when required by competent authorities;

Maintain at least one server system in Vietnam to support inspection, storage, information provision upon request by competent authorities, and customer complaint handling.

Register, store, and manage personal information of creators of personal electronic information pages and other information providers on the Chatbot under Ministry of Information and Communications rules, ensuring only those who provide complete and accurate personal information as required may establish personal pages or provide information on the Chatbot;

Report as required and submit to inspection by competent state authorities.

If a Member violates any provision of this Chatbot service agreement, we may terminate or delete the Member’s account without consent and without liability to the Member.

For any account-holder violation while using DeAI products, we may revoke all usage rights and may refer the Member for prosecution where appropriate.

If violations such as hacking, distribution of prohibited content, or other issues are detected, DeAI may use registration information provided by the Member and transfer it to competent authorities under law.

If prohibited content under this Agreement is detected, DeAI may immediately hide violating Member updates and/or warn, lock, or suspend the violating account.

Upon complaints from other Members, DeAI may monitor, inspect, and log relevant data and evidence; if a violation is found, DeAI may immediately hide information.

DeAI has sole discretion over enforcement measures depending on nature, impact, and severity. DeAI’s decision is final, and users agree to comply.

Support account holders during use of Chatbot DeAI (Sen) products.

Receive and handle Member complaints arising from use of the DeAI Chatbot; however, support is provided only for accounts registered with complete, truthful, and accurate information.

VIII. Limitation of liability and disclaimer

DeAI is not responsible for system incidents occurring while Members use DeAI products.

If risks or damages arise due to force majeure—including but not limited to power outages, hardware/software failures, Internet connectivity issues, or natural disasters—users accept such risks and damages. DeAI will endeavor to minimize harm but assumes no liability in these cases.

DeAI assumes no responsibility for risks in any transactions between Members and third parties while using DeAI products. Members understand and agree to assume risks arising from product use and/or third-party transactions.

Member posts, images, and media may be restricted, offensive, unlawful, inaccurate, or inappropriate. DeAI is not responsible for any post, clip, video, or image. Posted content does not reflect DeAI’s views or policies. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, restrict, or remove content unless we have reasonable grounds to believe it violates this Agreement or the law.

IX. Copyright and copyright reporting process

In permitted posting areas, Members may share permitted information in our default formats and are responsible for content, information, images, and other shares, including legality and liability for shares with other Members, groups, or organizations. In all cases, we may process posted information consistent with customs, ethics, and national security rules, and we may allow or disallow Member posts on mobile applications or permitted sharing areas.

We reserve all rights, including but not limited to copyright, branding, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property in Chatbot DeAI (Sen) products. Use of our rights and assets requires our prior written permission. Except for such written permission, we grant no other license, express or implied, to exercise those rights; Members may not use our products commercially without prior written permission.

Members agree we may freely use, disclose, apply, and modify any ideas, concepts, methods, proposals, suggestions, comments, or other feedback provided through free use of Chatbot DeAI (Sen). Members waive any rights or claims to bonuses, fees, royalties, charges, or other payments related to our use, disclosure, application, or modification of any or all Member feedback.

Copyright infringement reporting procedure:

If a Member believes any content, materials, images, videos, or other materials provided through DeAI Services infringe intellectual property rights, please notify us. Follow the procedure below.

We will process each copyright notice received in accordance with applicable intellectual property law.

To help us substantively respond, please provide a written notice including:

A physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the exclusive rights owner.

A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

A description of the material’s location on DeAI’s social service sufficient to allow us to locate it.

The complaining party’s contact information (address, phone, email) for the social service.

A statement that DeAI may contact the complaining party.

A statement that the complaining party believes the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If a DeAI Account is determined to infringe IP based on a notice, depending on severity, DeAI may permanently delete the infringing account at its sole discretion.

X. Risks when storing, exchanging, and sharing information on the Internet

When sharing information on mobile applications and the Chatbot, Members commonly update bios, photos, and status updates (shared with people in their contact lists) and comments (responses to others’ updates). This information tends to grow and update frequently. For example, Members may disclose where they live and when they are typically present (or absent) at home, work, or school. Such sharing may unintentionally give malicious actors information to plan offenses (theft, assault, etc.).

Many Internet users inadvertently expose information on personal pages. Disclosing email addresses, birthdates, or phone numbers may lead to harassment, intrusion, or online impersonation.

Many people do not anticipate that information shared online can become broadly public. Even if you share a status update with only one person or a small group, you cannot control what others do with it. Information shared online may be treated as public, and private information may spread widely. We therefore recommend Members carefully consider before providing personal information when using the Chatbot.

XI. Complaints and dispute resolution

DeAI is responsible for receiving complaints and assisting Chatbot Members to resolve disputes within the Chatbot’s scope. Members may send complaints to support@deai.ai.

DeAI respects and complies with laws on dispute resolution and complaints for Chatbot Members. Members are requested to register and comment respectfully and to provide complete, accurate, truthful, and detailed personal information. Fraud and misrepresentation are condemned and fully subject to legal liability.

Parties seeking compensation must actively cooperate to resolve issues. The complaining party must provide evidence and information about the dispute. DeAI Chatbot’s content management team will review evidence and respond through the complaint intake system. Complaint resolution timeline: 15 business days from receipt of Member information.

DeAI supports and resolves complaints and reports only where the Member registered complete, truthful, and accurate account information.

For disputes between Chatbot DeAI (Sen) Members, the Chatbot DeAI (Sen) Content Management Office may share contact information so parties can resolve matters themselves, or the Content Management Office may resolve based on facts. DeAI will protect lawful and legitimate Member interests to the maximum extent practicable. After resolution, parties must notify the Chatbot DeAI (Sen) content management team. If a dispute arises from an identifiable Member’s fault, Chatbot DeAI (Sen) may warn, lock accounts, or refer the matter to competent authorities depending on severity.

If a dispute arising from exchanges between parties cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may request competent legal authorities intervene to protect lawful interests.

XII. Personal data collection and protection for Chatbot service Members

To serve Members better and to respond to competent authorities when required, Chatbot DeAI (Sen) collects Member data including: full name, phone number, email, national ID/passport number, and dates/places as applicable.

Purpose and scope of collection

Primary data collected on DeAI includes: full name, phone number, email, national ID/passport number with issue date and place, username, and password. This information is required for service registration and for DeAI to contact and confirm registration via the website or mobile application to protect Member rights and interests.

Members are responsible for securing and maintaining all service activity under their registered username, password, and email. Members must promptly notify DeAI Chatbot of unauthorized use, abuse, security breaches, or third-party credential storage so appropriate measures can be taken.

Use of information:

DeAI uses information provided by Members to:

Provide services to Members;

Send notices about information exchange activities between Members and Chatbot DeAI (Sen);

Prevent account destruction or impersonation of Members;

Contact and resolve issues with Members in special cases.

Do not use Members’ personal information beyond confirmation and contact related to Chatbot DeAI (Sen) activities.

Where required by law: Chatbot DeAI (Sen) must cooperate to provide Member personal information upon requests from judicial authorities such as procuracy, courts, or police investigating customer violations. Otherwise, no one may infringe Members’ personal information.

Information retention period

Personal data will be stored until cancellation is requested or the Member logs in to cancel. In all other cases, personal information will be secured on Chatbot DeAI (Sen) servers.

Means and tools for users to access and correct their personal data.

Members may review, update, adjust, or cancel personal information by logging in and editing profile information or requesting Chatbot DeAI (Sen) to do so.

Members may complain to DeAI’s content management team about disclosure of personal information to third parties. Upon receiving such feedback, Chatbot DeAI (Sen) will verify information, explain reasons, and guide recovery and security measures. Contact email: info@csrvietnam.org

Members’ personal information protection policy

DeAI commits to protect DeAI Members’ personal information in accordance with DeAI’s personal data protection policy. Collection and use occur only with Member consent except where required by law.

Do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose Members’ personal information to third parties without Member consent.

If servers storing information are attacked by hackers leading to Member data loss, DeAI will notify competent authorities for investigation and inform affected Members.

Store all Members’ online transaction information in DeAI’s data center.

Upon registration, DeAI’s content management requires individuals to be legally responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.

DeAI’s content management bears no responsibility and will not resolve complaints related to a Member’s interests if all personal information provided at initial registration is inaccurate.

XIII. Chatbot DeAI (Sen) usage fees

No fee for Members or users who register an account on the Chatbot DeAI (Sen) system, with document storage limited to no more than 100 GB and Chatbot information queries limited to no more than 200 queries per month.

Fee of VND 299,000 per month for Members or users who register on the Chatbot DeAI (Sen) system, with document storage limited to no more than 500 GB and Chatbot queries limited to no more than 500 queries per month.

Fee of VND 499,000 per month for Members or users who register on the Chatbot DeAI (Sen) system, with document storage limited to no more than 1000 GB and unlimited Chatbot information queries.

Fee of VND 999,000 per month for accounts with unlimited document storage and unlimited Chatbot information queries.

XIV. Effect of the agreement

The provisions stated on the website may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice to Members. DeAI will clearly announce changes and supplements on the Website and Blog/News.

If one or more provisions of this DeAI service provision and use agreement conflict with Vietnamese law, those provisions will be modified to comply with law. The remainder of the Agreement remains in full effect.

XV. Other applicable terms and policies

DeAI Community Standards: These principles set our standards for content you post and your activity on DeAI.

DeAI Data Policy: To provide DeAI Products, we must process information about you and information related to you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our Products.

This DeAI service provision and use agreement is effective from 29 March 2026.
