Sen is the name of a personalized AI chatbot developed by DeAI Joint Stock Company. The Sen AI chatbot has been notified to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and has registered its copyright with the Copyright Office in Vietnam. Sen functions as a personal expert assistant for the user, trained by the user and owned by the person who trained it.
What should you do if the Chatbot does not understand the question?add
1. Rephrase the question in a different, simpler way, provide more context, or break down the problem into several short questions. 2. If you have any professional sources of information related to the field you are asking about, you should teach the AI Chatbot as much as possible. After you have taught or let the AI Chatbot learn a lot of professional information, the Chatbot will certainly be able to answer any of your questions accurately.
Can AI chatbots completely replace humans?add
No. AI chatbots work best when acting as assistants, handling repetitive tasks, and supporting quick information searches. Jobs that require complex thinking, high creativity, or empathy still need real employees.
Is the data secure when chatting?add
It is completely secure because Sen uses 2-way E2E encryption for all conversations and chats in Sen. Even Sen's system administrators cannot read these contents as they are end-to-end encrypted with each user's personal PIN.
