Privacy Policy — Chatbot DeAI (Sen)

This Policy applies to users who register for, access, or use Chatbot DeAI (Sen), the website, mobile applications, and official channels operated by DeAI.

The service is not directed to children under 16. If we learn we have collected children’s data without proper authority, we will delete it and may lock the account as described in the Terms of Use.

If data is transferred outside Vietnam, DeAI applies appropriate safeguards and complies with applicable regulations.

We may update this Privacy Policy; new versions will be posted on the website and take effect as of the date stated at the top of the document or as otherwise notified.
